CEO & Creative Director
Kate is the former owner of Rebel Media Marketing, a Denver-based boutique agency that focused on advanced social media advertising and content marketing. Prior to launching her first marketing company, Kate worked as a TV host on Outside TV and held a long-standing position in Sales & Marketing for the prestigious wine and spirits brokerage, Southern Wine & Spirits. When she’s not nerding out over latest trends in digital, Kate is likely exploring the Colorado mountains by snowboard or by foot.
Josh is a serial entrepreneur and has an extensive background in finance, software engineering and high-level team management. With ownership in multiple companies, Josh seeks gratification in acquiring and scaling businesses that evoke the opportunity to help others grow. Josh’s most recent venture includes the expansion of Arete, a next-level real estate development firm based in Denver. When Josh isn’t taking on the world, he’s usually chasing Kate around.

David has been in the digital marketing industry for over 15 years. His expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) has helped dozens of clients to significantly increase their monthly lead generation. With a vast knowledge of how all internet marketing works together to generate new business from online, David understands the importance of measurable ROI and ways combine both long and short term strategies together for ultimate success.
Social Media Advertising Expert
Ian Smith is an experienced Digital Marketer that specializes in sales funnels and content marketing. He’s spent over $5 million with Facebook ad campaigns over the past couple years – generating over $15 million in revenue for his businesses, and his clients’. He’s an expert when it comes to building trust, credibility, and familiarity with the target audiences by building content funnels to gain more leads and customers.
Kristina Cappetta is a freelance writer and content consultant who works with various companies to create engaging blog posts and articles. Kristina also hosts her own blog, The Mommy Rundown. When she’s not writing, you find her taking a spin class or reading a good book!
Website & Graphic Designer
Kristine Dampog joined Crawford O’ Brien in September 2015 as a web designer. From there, she worked her way upward, building strong client relationships and friendships over the years. Kristine is at the front of all of our graphic design projects including websites, logos, and corporate branding.
Jeffrey has been a web developer for over 10 years, including both front-end and back-end development. He is incredibly knowledgeable on maintaining servers such as Linux base, Windows base and Cloud Servers. Jeffrey is also an expert level when it comes to CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify and Drupal.
Usman Raza is a content marketing specialist at Crawford and O’Brien Since 2014. When not working there is a 95% chance he is planning his next project.
Aditya is an SEO and Local Search Expert. He conducts technical audits and website analysis on a wide range of projects and provides recommendations based on the analyses. He also performs citation discovery tasks, citation cleanup – including actively pursuing backlink research and on-page optimization for Crawford & O’Brien’s clients.
