As many employers around the country are just beginning to allow their team members to work from home, we are fortunate that our team has been working virtually all along! Second, it’s important to remember that during times like this, you need to stay connected to your clients and patients. They need to feel reassured that you are still there for them and available to serve their needs. Use this time to reach out with your plan for handling operations and educating them on any industry-specific knowledge that may be helpful. Show them you are committed to their care and are not taking a timeout.

And finally, please know that we understand this is a stressful time and there is a lot of uncertainty. It appears that the only ones immune to the situation are toilet paper manufacturers. Ha! However, we want to encourage you to stay the course. We hope and anticipate that we will all look back on this time as a blip on the radar to be learned from as we continue to move toward a global economy.
